The 13th St. Location. TUCKER'S has two restaurant's both in the heart of the OTR. I just hung up the phone with Joe, the third generation owner. On Vine St., the menu is filled with more gourmet eats on the menu. 13th, which opened in 1946 is more of the greasy spoon with short order menu items. I love this spot so much! I really enjoy options from French Toast? orrrr Cheese Burger? at 8:30 in the a.m. though!
